Age, Height and Other Atlantis Waterpark Restrictions

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Height Restrictions

The Atlantis water park height restrictions aren’t the same for all rides. At the same time, not all rides have height restrictions as well.

Some of the rides at the Aquaventure Waterpark have height requirements, and only people over 1.2 meters can ride them for safety purposes.

Note: All guests over 1.2 meters (3.9 feet) must purchase an adult ticket to avoid issues at the time of entrance to Dubai Aquaventure Waterpark. 

Atlantis Water Park Age Restrictions

Apart from the Atlantis Aquaventure height restrictions, there are also Atlantis water park age restrictions. A supervising adult must accompany children below 13 years.

Although lifeguards are on duty for everyone’s safety, responsible adults should always constantly supervise their children and the others they are responsible for.

Special notice should be given to children under 1.2 meters (48 inches) tall because even the minimal water level could be too deep for them.

For this purpose, Life jackets are compulsory for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48 inches) and especially for those visitors who are inexperienced swimmers.

Note: Please heed the lifeguard team’s warnings to avoid harming yourself or others. 
Horseplay, improper behavior, and violation of the guidelines will result in expulsion from the facility or the whole attraction.

The slides, rides, and other amenities of Aquaventure and the beach, are only accessible to people who have dressed appropriately for the water activities.

So, what to wear at the Aquaventure is of utmost importance. Let’s learn what restrictions are in order at Aquaventure.

You can wear the usual swimwear for swimming, like swim shorts, bikinis, swimsuits, burkinis, or rashguards.

While thongs, see-through bathing suits, underwear, denim, or very baggy apparel are not permitted inside the park.

Headscarves are only permitted as long as they are securely fastened and don’t have any loosely flowing fabric.

Mobile phones, laptops, notepads, selfie sticks, and other items are prohibited on Aquaventure rides. You need to purchase a locker service to keep all the essentials.

Not all, but there are prescribed Atlantis height requirements for Atlantis water slides at Aquaventure water park Dubai. 

For some rides such as Trident Tower, Vortex and Immortal Falls, etc., you must be at least 1.2 meters or 48 inches tall.

There is a specific area dedicated to kids called the Splashers Area; beyond this, there is something or the other for people of all ages. 

In fact, kids up to 2 years get free access to the park though they can’t go on waterslides! 

However, there are a few Atlantis Aquaventure water slides that are more suitable for a certain age and above. For instance, the ultimate Sea Lion is suitable for ages 8 and above.
